Lizzie Martin

Lizzie, a talented dancer and Musical Theatre graduate from Bird College, transitioned from her successful entertainment career with companies like UK Productions and The Vintage Theatre Company to the fitness industry in 2017. As a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 4 Pilates instructor, she also specializes in lower back care, pre and post-natal fitness, nutrition, behavior change, and mental health first aid. Passionate about empowering clients to optimize their physical potential, Lizzie offers engaging Reformer Pilates classes suitable for all skill levels, helping them live life without limits.

Natasha Fowler

With over 10 years working in the rehabilitation industry, Natasha, a qualified physiotherapist and instructor in Pilates, Pilates reformer, and yoga, specialises in movement therapy. She integrates exercise, breath, and mindfulness to improve kinetic function and well-being. Qualified in pre and postnatal Pilates, she emphasizes core strength and pelvic floor training for optimal posture and health. Natasha's expertise in physiotherapy aids in realigning posture, reducing tension, and enhancing strength, mobility, and injury prevention. Her approach in using Pilates for rehabilitation targets individual needs, offering a holistic, energy-boosting workout.
